You may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, if unopened (i.e. still factory sealed) for credit refund, or if factory defective for exchange on the same DVD/Blu-Ray.
After receiving the item, our team inspects it within 1 business day. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). Return shipping may be deducted from the refund when applicable.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be completed, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will prioritize replacements or full refunds for verified cases.
